New York Summer Internship Program: Gramercy Park (June 5, 2011 - July 30, 2011) We are very excited to offer this housing facility to Dream Careers participants as we believe it is one of our most attractive global properties.  The Gramercy Green is located minutes away from the subway and is also close to major historical landmarks, including the Empire State Building, the Flat Iron Building, the MetLife Clock Tower and New York Life Building.  All the local conveniences for resident city living are within minutes of the residence, including nearby parks, grocery stores, farmer’s markets, and coffee shops.  The housing facility itself is immaculate and provides luxury – apartment style living for college students.  Apartments are spacious and equipped with new bed, desk, and dresser furniture, an exquisite bathroom, and a common kitchen area.  The kitchen has brand new  stainless steel appliances, including a full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove.  Each apartment offers free internet access and cable.  Within the building there are several meeting spaces for small groups to relax and build community.  Residents of this building will have free access to Palladium’s Dining Hall, as well as its athletic facilities.
